Induction Heating Pressure Rice Cooker & Warmer NP-NVC10/18

The IH Pressure leads the company’s rice cooker line with an array of technological features and

conveniences that sets the model apart from its predecessors. Artificial intelligence, automatic pressure and

a platinum-infused non-stick inner cooking pan produce unparalleled quality and ease of use. The

combination of pressure and induction heating technologies equals rice cooked to perfection. This unit

automatically selects from one of three pressure levels based on the menu chosen. Applying pressure while

cooking helps convert the rigid beta starch into alpha starch, making the rice softer and easier to digest.

Induction heating is an immediate and precise way of cooking. A system of coils in the base of the cooker

creates a magnetic field. Zojirushi strives to improve not just the end result of the cooking process, but also the ease-of-use

and versatility in each and every product. The IH Pressure features cook settings for white rice (regular, soft, firm), umami,

mixed, sushi/sweet, porridge, brown, GABA brown, steam-reduce, scorch, rinse-free and quick cooking. Other features

include easy-to-read LCD control panel with 24-hour clock, delay timer, and accessories such as a rice spatula, spatula

holder, measuring cups, and recipe booklet. It is available in two sizes (5.5-cup and 10-cup).

Micom Rice Cooker & Warmer NL-AAC10/18

The Micom Rice Cooker & Warmer is truly a multi-tasking appliance, making dinner as easy as 1-2-3. The

new steam function on this Micom allows foods to be steamed in the tray while rice is cooking in the bowl

below. The Micom is also equipped with advanced fuzzy logic technology which means the unit’s

microcomputer makes fine adjustments to ensure perfectly cooked rice. With a variety of settings, the user

can cook different types of rice and grains easily by selecting from the easy-to-read LCD control panel.

Brown rice, sushi rice, rice porridge, mixed rice, and sweet rice are all pre-programmed in the machine,

taking the guesswork out of cooking rice. The machine also doubles as a steamer, and comes complete with

a steaming tray, allowing users to steam vegetables, fish or other items conveniently. Made in Japan, this

unit comes with a detachable and washable inner lid, LCD control panel and two delay timers, detachable power cord,

interchangeable melody and beep signals, automatic and extended keep warm settings, a thick, black inner cooking pan for

even heating, spatula and a measuring cup. It will be available in a 5.5 and 10-cup size.

Mini Bento Stainless Lunch Jar SZ-GD02

The Mini Bento Stainless Lunch Jar comes with a vacuum insulated main bowl, two side bowls

and chopsticks with chopsticks holder that all fit neatly into a zip-up tote bag. The lunch jar is

made of durable stainless steel and has the excellent heat retention that Zojirushi products are

known for. The three inner bowls are microwaveable and BPA free. The outer container is

washable and non-stick for easy clean up. Perfect for work or school, this new Mini Bento is

available in a stylish coral pink.

Stainless Mugs

Zojirushi will be releasing a variety of mugs in brilliant new colors in the spring. Made of durable

stainless steel, bottles either feature a flip-top or twist off lid. Zojirushi’s stainless mugs are known

for their excellent temperature retention; hot or cold beverages are kept at their optimal

temperatures for up to 6 hours. The models and colors are: Stainless Mug SM-KB36/48 (Flip-open

lid in black, silver, pink and blue), Stainless Mug SM-PA30/34 (Flip-open lid, in lime and pink),

Stainless Mug SM-EB30 (twist open lid, candy pink and apricot) and Stainless Steel Thermal

Carafe SH-HA10 (stainless, orange and pink/silver).
